Good co-workers. Everyone helps each other out.

Cons

Hiring team doesn’t know basic specifications of the job they are offering which leads to being mislead about specifics of the job you are offered. Yearly bonus is based on things the nurses cannot control. The yearly bonus was lowered this year.
