Benefits are okay. Shifts can be adjusted if supervisor allows. Good work/life balance.
Cons
Leadership looks great on the outside but on the inside they never have answers, just an "i'll look into that for you" with no update. They also play favorites which can make the work environment hostile. If you apply for a new role and havent already been told its yours, dont waste your time. Management already knows who they are going to place in a role before posting the position. They post and interview for the purpose of a mandatory hire process. Leaders will also chat about you to other employees, which is against policy but it happens. I have experienced my supervisor tell me things about my colleagues personal/work lives. Overall this is only a good company to work for from the outside looking in.
