Pros

Love my co workers. Good pay

Cons

Zero work life balance. Inequity in the workplace. Treated unfairly. Have tried to address the issue with leadership AND senior leadership of being treated unfairly as well as the issue of no work-life balance and the effect this job is having on my mental health. Their solution was to send me other jobs to apply for and telling me that this job seemed to no longer fit my “complicated home life” needs. I have never been more undervalued or insulted in my twenty year career as an RN.

Pros

Good pay, benefits, time off, and they strive hard to make employees feel heard. Not afraid of change or doing something different. Definitely a lot of effort in turning feedback into action.

Cons

Corporate smothers the smaller offices. Way too big and everything is way too detailed to where nothing is easy to find or understand (policies change almost weekly). IT is outsourced and not helpful. Everything is cheap. Employees feel like pampered cattle. "Float" is only for bigger offices and isn't guaranteed. They will short staff you in a heart beat and tell you your burn out is "growing pains". Raises and bonuses are pathetic. Better compared to PHC, but when the CEO earns 6+ million every year and all we are given is $400 bonus and a 1% raise because we didn't reach impossible goals = not fair. 8-5 M-F is not ideal for healthcare. Bring back more Friday at noon hours.
