Pros

I’ve been with Novara for just over 3 years, including the transition from KPA, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see how the company has evolved during that time. One of the standout aspects of Novara is its strong commitment to employee growth and development. There are real, tangible opportunities to build new skills and advance your career. I’ve seen many colleagues grow into new roles, step into leadership positions, and expand their impact across the organization. Internal mobility is genuinely encouraged, which makes it an exciting place to build a long-term career. The recent rebrand and split could have been a challenging period, but the leadership team handled it with a level of transparency that really stood out. Communication has been clear, honest, and consistent, which builds a lot of trust across the organization. Another major strength is the emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. Teams genuinely work together, share ideas, and support each other in a way that makes you feel like you’re part of something bigger than your immediate role. There’s a strong culture of openness and respect that makes it easy to contribute and grow. Overall, Novara is a place where you feel supported, challenged, and excited about the future. It’s been a great experience being part of this journey, and I’m looking forward to what’s next.

Cons

With the company in a position of growth, things can evolve quickly, which creates exciting opportunity but can also require adaptability.

Pros

The tenure and experience of a well-established company with the energy and momentum of a startup. Great people, fun industry, good benefits and competitive compensation. Employees all across the US in a remote first work structure with flexibility.

Cons

It's difficult to establish relationships like you would in an in-person office.
