Pros
Competitive salary and bonus potential for residential management, benefits are typical among companies I've encountered. Managers enjoy a large degree of autonomy.
Cons
Incompetence is tolerated; rather than penalizing managers who habitually mess up, everyone receives lectures at management meetings. I left when I was asked to take actions that I found unethical.
