I haven't seen such a casual and positive environment in 15+ years. - Very transparent, the CEO is open to advice and recommendation and will share the state of the business. Very experience CEO with multiple previous succesful exit!

- We went through some pains finding the right people for the team, people who were motivated, positive and engaged. This made a few ex-employees disgruntled. - The business is in a market where progress is slow, patience is required, so it might not be suited for everyone
