- Family business company, only lala decide everything - HR are useless because Lala is Police, Judge and Jallad - SOP are in place, except that they will never let you do anything by SOP - Salaries of employee are at the lowest level possible and no structured patter of reward/incentive ( Lala Decide) - No personal life, once you join them, you get hammered and scolded badly for no reason - No benefits provided by company not event basic employees insurance.
