      great company with great benefits, start-up feel so you get a lot of experience, they hire a lot of great people to work with as well

      Cons

      high turnover rate, i've had a bunch of new team members and team restructures which makes it really difficult especially since i started virtually to make connections and drive the company forward when new people are always training

      The comp is reasonably good.

      Cons

      The company culture is strange. Drama at every turn, this company is a revolving door of employees with people constantly quitting, being fired or RIF-ed. The work environment is toxic.
