      innovative product with a lot of potential hybrid working possibility

      Cons

      too many silos, departments not talking to each other outdated IT infrastructure, requiring a lot of manuel entries > 20 years upper management seems to be stuck in start-up mentality

      The comp is reasonably good.

      Cons

      The company culture is strange. Drama at every turn, this company is a revolving door of employees with people constantly quitting, being fired or RIF-ed. The work environment is toxic.
