Tough environment with unhelpful management and poor support - Scraper Operator Novolex Employee Review

Prepare to work hard for 12 hours on your feet. You get absolutely no help in the department your in. Management does absolutely nothing when you inform them of issues. They are scared to lose employees so they punish no one. None of the machines work. One maintenence per shift who hates his life. Awful supervisors. I was told not to write on my paper notes cause it made supervisor look bad to the plant manager.
