      No pros to be given . The location is secure due to it being inside the Port of Brownsville. A constant breeze everyday.

      Cons

      The Management is a complete joke. Turnover is very high due the inability of management. Stay away from this company.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
