Management is unorganized. The only thing that matters is production.You dont. " Pay for skills" program means you will never get a raise.there are no review dates.i havent got a raise in years. No ac or heat.closed building.no open windows or doors.its literally an oven. Old machines are always broken.Yet production numbers must to be reached. Your break starts as soon as you leave machine, and you have to also take out the time it takes to get back from the break room upstairs.your 20min break is actually 15min.and your 30min lunch is 25min. Overtime mandatory, otherwise get points, get fired. Seriously understaffed. Once you go in the building you cant go back out.even if youre on BREAK.you have to ask permission.if you dont follow the rule you will be terminated. work/ life balance doesnt exist.
