      Pros

      There are many opportunities to grow within the company, not restricted to certain personnel, but broadly to anyone who works there. People who work there are nice and can become like a family.

      Cons

      Not well organized, overloading employees with unnecessary work. Cuts in cost being detrimental to employees well being and work-family balance.

      - Diversity in the company is great. You can find people from different countries. - Friendly people. People working here feel it like a friendship circle to respect and help each other - Very experienced. People here have a lot of experience. - Great Work Culture

      Cons

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
