Culturally diverse and respectful of that diversity, and really great teams are the result. Salaries mostly in line with current industry standards. For CRAs, no minimum days on site per month metric, and a great deal more hands-on site management for your projects - you are more of a site manager and less of a "road warrior", which is brilliant.
