Cons

Fast paced and challenging. Plans may change due to market dynamics and the workforce may not have the ideal tools/framework/resources to address those changes immediately.

Pros

You can get promotion every 2 years without needing to perform, just need to have office politics skills.

Cons

Toxic environment. Scandals and favouritism. If you ever argue, they criticised your behaviour. Promotion and increment is based on how you feed your boss emotionally, not how well you perform. Blaming culture, not solution based minded. If you value intergrity, hard work, problem solving, this is not a place for you.
