Pros

NoWait is one of the best team environments I have ever experienced. We like each other, we respect each other, and we take care of each other. We get it done! Our customers love us. To me, this is a great point in the company's growth curve: about 60 people, thousands of restaurant customers, a very popular mobile app. We are large enough to have a great team environment and to make heroics mostly unnecessary. But we are small enough that each person makes a huge difference. NoWait pays competitive salaries with excellent benefits. Especially: unlimited vacation! As long as you are getting your job done and can work it out with your manager, you can take time off without anyone keeping track. Managers are expected to help make that work.

Cons

Some people won't like this point in the growth curve! It is too late to be a founder. Too soon for free food and childcare.

Pros

- No vacation policy, just get your work done on time and up to quality, and you can take off whenever you want. - Every employee has the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the business, it's growing very quickly and we're on the ground floor. - The office space is really awesome. - The team is extremely friendly and relatively close-knit, most people like hanging out together and it's not difficult to make good friends here. - We're building a product that 100k+ people use today, and we truly believe that we're rocketing into at least 10x that many people, it's cool to make a positive impact that broadly on the dining experience. - It's regular for us to do fun activities / field trips, for management to take us out to the bars or dinner, we're slowly getting better about "perks" too.

Cons

- If you want to be good at your job you probably are going to have to put in long hours.
