Pros

Most of the people are friendly. Good benefits. They Pay for your parking if you work in the Beverly Hills office.

Cons

When I interviewed with one of the partners for a staff accountant job a few years ago, he made it seem like I would be working in the corporate office in Beverly Hills. That's where the interview took place and that's where the company was located, so I had no reason to assume otherwise. The location was definitely a consideration for me accepting the offer because I lived near Beverly Hills and who wouldn't want to work in downtown Beverly Hills? Sure enough, on my first day of work, he tells me nonchalantly that I'm working every day at the client's office in Culver City. This was never mentioned in the interview. Not only was the Culver City location a disappointment, but it also made my commute longer. And then that same day one of my coworkers in Culver City tells me "So did you think you would be working in Beverly Hills and then they told you today that you're working here in Culver city instead?" So they apparently do this to all their new employees. They lead you to believe you're working in Beverly Hills to entice you to take the job. And then on your first day of work when you've probably rejected any other job offers you had, you find out you're stuck in Culver City or wherever their other clients are located. This is classic misrepresentation that is extremely unethical. Also, if you take an entry level staff accounting job at NSBN, I suggest you study for the CPA before the job starts. Why? Because they will fire you after two or three weeks if they feel you don't know enough about accounting. In other words, they won't train you, they will simply fire you if you can't do it all yourself, even though its an entry level job.
