Pros
Ntara has a great work environment. The people there are fantastic and talented. In a lot of ways, Ntara is more like a large extended family than a company. I enjoyed my years there immensely. Free Drinks and and a Ping Pong Table are definite pros. Ntara has customizable work areas and an overall nice office environment. The company overall is strong and only stands to grow.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is the lack of development model. If you asked, they would probably say its a mix of waterfall and agile, but leaning towards waterfall. A more defined development model would certainly help. The free drinks made me gain about 10 pounds.
