Cons
I worked at CloudXchange.io, which was later acquired by NSEIT/Investcorp and rebranded as Nusummit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unfortunately, after the acquisition the work culture and employee experience declined drastically. Leadership & Management: Earlier management at CloudXchange was approachable and transparent. Post-acquisition, leadership has become highly ego-driven, with unilateral decision-making and little to no communication with employees. Senior leaders often act as though they are bigger than the company, which fosters a toxic environment. HR Practices: Earlier HR was supportive and approachable. After she left, the current HR team appears aligned only with management’s interests. Employee concerns are not addressed, emails and Teams messages often go unanswered, and important processes are delayed until employees personally follow up. This reflects a lack of professionalism and empathy towards employees. Work Environment: Teams are unstable, with high attrition. Overcommitment to customers without proper planning increases workload and stress for employees, while management ignores the impact. Compensation & Growth: Increments for employees are extremely low (1–2%), while higher management receives 15–20%. This clear disparity has pushed many talented employees to resign or seek opportunities elsewhere.
