Pros
Like many reviewers, only positive I can think of is working from home. Ultimately, I felt that turned out to be a negative. Since supervisors and administrators at Nuance don't see their employees face-to-face, there is no twinge of remorse or guilt when they change the rules yet again to the disadvantage of the employees actually transcribing/editing reports. It is noteworthy that downturn in wages has not seemed to effect the management and supervisory teams.
Cons
Substandard benefits in terms of amount of PTO and cost of insurance. Poor communication by supervisors. New account to learn virtually every week which makes maintaining quality and productivity all but impossible, even for seasoned emplooyees. Working on 3-4 different accounts with very different instructions on any given day is not going to earn any MLS a big paycheck. Some of the corrections made by the FIESA team in India are ridiculously incorrect but no one seems to care.
