      Pros

      Talent density. Lots of smart and highly qualified professionals that accelerates your learning curve whil working with an "A team" Bias for action. Culture focused on getting things done, rather than "looking good" and reporting Owner's culture. Hybrid model is a good example. You are encouraged to be in the office when needed, but it gives you the opportunity to work from home as well

      Cons

      Very fast pacing culture. It is not for everybody. Things move super fast - you have to be open to work on a very dynamic environment Career development is not well structured. There is no clear path to grow or programs that support your development

      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)

      High level of competence of colleagues You're never the most experienced or highest skilled person in your team Constantly learning and career growing Freedom to explore new technologies Very data-oriented Very technical oriented managers Clojure shop Well-tested, well crafted, always improving code solutions

      Cons

      Executive level decisions sometimes are big-bang and not gradual Promotion strategy isn't based on performance but on the existence of an open role
