      Pros

      Nothing good at all. Everyday starts from stupid morning huddle call at 8am, where mentoring voice wants to know what you have done yesterday and your agenda for a day. After that, he wants you to protocol every step in ticketing system, like from 9:34 to 9:45 I was defecating and he wants a specific information about your stool. 2 times a week he wants a zoom meeting to trace you and check your “progress”…really?.. When your ask something it turns to mentoring you instead of help. I can tell more and more…but do not want to waste my time on that. Just stay away, let this guy end how he supposed to.

      Everything is screwed, even owner.

      We appreciate all feedback even feedback that isn't positive so thanks for taking the time. We listen to it carefully and attempt to learn from it. You clearly didn't see value in our morning huddle. I will use this as a chance to ask our team for feedback on the morning huddle. I'm sorry you felt the morning huddle was a form of employee monitoring. A key reason we believe a quick morning huddle is important each day is to transition any open issues our overnight on-call team responded to get handed off smoothly to the 1st shift techs.       Personally, the management ( all 2 people) are good people at heart. The owner can sell glasses to a blind man.

      Cons

      Talk to past employees (plenty of them) and other small managed service providers around the area. Get a feel of the reputation in the SP market. You will quickly learn the flowing. Owner and CO have been in business since '99, but not in managed services. Owner outsourced programmers in different counties to develop crap solutions for customers. When business went bad he flipped the company to managed services. Nucentric has a very small client base to which they completely rip off. I personally couldn't watch it happen anymore. Poor management all around even though its only two people. Lots of past employees and no retention rate associated. Not an honest bonus structure. The bonus was never paid. Low ball salary Can't trust any of the two management folks in business.
