Pros

From the outset, Nuclear Care Partners has been an extraordinary workplace. The compassion and dedication of the leadership team were evident from my very first interview. Throughout my time here, I've witnessed a genuine commitment from top to bottom to not only provide exceptional care for former atomic workers but also to nurture and support the team. The environment in Oak Ridge and the surrounding areas, including Knoxville, TN, is one of unwavering dedication to both patients and each other. With years of experience in healthcare, I can confidently say that this company and its team are truly remarkable. As a U.S. Army veteran, I find immense fulfillment in working toward a common purpose, and serving alongside this team for these patients is deeply meaningful. At every level, leaders prioritize both our patients' well-being and the cohesion of the team. Collaboration is woven into the fabric of Nuclear Care Partners. Every member of the team is committed to supporting one another to ensure the best possible outcomes for both our colleagues and our patients. The culture here fosters an environment of trust, communication, and mutual respect, where everyone's contributions are valued. It's inspiring to see how this collaborative spirit drives innovation and excellence in care delivery. Working here isn't just a job; it's a shared mission to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve. I feel privileged to be part of such a dedicated and compassionate team.

Cons

NONE. There are always opportunities for improvement. No organization is perfect. Most importantly, the organization must be open to change and willing to implement process changes to improve. Nuclear Care Partners is open and willing to change.

Pros

As an RN working PRN, I have flexibility to choose my work days. There is a minimum requirement of 12 hours per month. I work in the patient's home as a home health nurse. I enjoy meeting and getting to know my patients and their families, teaching them about their health, and supporting their care journey as part of the health care team.

Cons

Communication between nurses can be sometimes difficult if something is not mentioned during nurses report. But we can always email the case manager or call the nurse if we have a question. I have seen it improved when we have a notebook to log daily cares and concerns in the home.
