Pros

As someone in a position where I am required to work closely with every level of employee ranging from the normal workers such as myself to the directors/executives in each department, I can truly say that EVERY department is composed of nothing but the highest quality of people. No matter who I am working with whether it be an intern or an executive, I am greeted with a smile and feel both appreciated and welcome. I am not even a year into the position yet and I can already see opportunity for growth within the company. As any company expands there will obviously be growing pains and so sometimes the day-to-day work will vary and you may be asked to do something that is not within your usual scope, but that all goes hand in hand with being a part of a team. Since I am a bit newer, I cannot speak to some past experiences that people seem to have had, but what I can say is that it seems as though many complaints have come from people who previously worked in IT. I say this because there was a big management change in the IT department around the same time I began and the new director is both an incredibly intelligent and charismatic man and is a joy to work with. Also, there are lots of snacks and lunch is catered every Friday.

Cons

Sometimes the FREE classes (yoga, cardio, lifting) at the FREE gym we have access to fill up if you don't sign up early enough.

Pros

They are well stocked with snacks and beverages in their kitchen and the Thursday lunch's are great. Management is good and the CEO, Claude Hooton, is a great leader and very personable.

Cons

Mobility is not the best.

Pros

Co-Workers are good (mostly). If you like working overnight/graveyard this is perfect. Thrive in a call center environment? This is for you. If you like learning, this is the place for you as there is a lot to learn if you haven't spent time in a healthcare environment.

Cons

Training is not good and you rely on busy co-workers to be available to answer questions, mostly through Microsoft Teams. You often get agitated callers because the company has a hard time meeting their SLA's due to a shortage of Radiologists, so be prepared to be a punching bag. High turnover rate & burnout because of the overnight hours and because of the difficulty to get time off.
