Very strong 401 K match; and excellent health care

Office can use a face lift. Dated and run down

401k match. That's it. Nothing else.

If you are a woman or a person of color get as far as possible away from this place. Not only is it a boys club - it is a good ole boys club. The racist and misogyny are rampant and leadership has their heads to far up their assets to notice it. Outside of the operators dey hire just enough people of color and women to say they at least have one. They always say they are looking for ways to be better but the good ole boys at the plant leadership level are deaf to anyone that doesn't look like them.
