Pros
The benefits are great. And the pay is good. So good you're kind of forced to stay regardless how bad things get.
Cons
VERY clique-ey. The management doesnt care if the lower managers are treating their employees badly as long as the results make profit. "RAVE" respect, appreciate, and value everyone is the most invalidating word you can say working here. If there is a genuine issue that someone is upset over all you have to do is say "well thats not very rave of you" to get them to shut up. Its like the polite warning of "well you're being an jerk too so ill go tell main management on you and thus you'll by default be wrong". I loved working here so much. Its just the main management is so unwilling to help us hourlies and they only look out for other managers.
