Hourly works and managers are great, good team work Easy job Good schedule Although not really allowed, you get to eat basically all you want

Corporate sucks, they do not support managers or hourly workers. They do not take responsibility for anything and usually try to use a manager or hourly worker as "scape goat". They don't follow through with promises, or if they do it happens much later then promised time frame Pay sucks Huge employee turnover, seems like every few months all new employees- from corporate to hourlys Many great employees are let go for insignificant reasons
