Awesome coworkers, flexibility, good benefits, and a lot of office events (before the pandemic)
Cons
Sometimes the work can get very monotonous and doesn’t always feel like there’s actual room to advance in the company. Pay isn’t that great and merit raises are less than a dollar, didn’t like that you have to accrue PTO
