      Good commission structure, flexibility to work from home, good support, the people, interesting work

      Senior leaders micromanage to the nth degree when you're close to a big sale eliminates work life balance and becomes very stressful

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
