Pros
I do not have enough good things to say about Numerator. My team of peers and support from my manager and leadership is unmatched. My manager is clear on expectations, opportunities, and works closely with me to track progress (which has led to a quick promotion). My work is valued by my team and clients, and I am always challenged! The company has fantastic benefits, time off and flexibility that helps offset a busy workload at times.
Cons
No cons, but project management skills are key! Workloads can get busy for those who are still developing project management / capacity planning skills.
