1. General Maintenance engineer supervising and responsible for performing preventive and predictive maintenance on plant machinery the maintenance of production lines machines (W+D, SENNING, FABIO PERINI, PCMC). 2. Troubleshoot and repairing of the factory machines; Applying the corrective maintenance immediately (24/7 time based). 3. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of factory utilities (17-forklifts, 3-roll lifter, 3-compressor station). 4. Spare parts order, optimization & Inventory management. 5. Technical Communication with the supplier (inside & outside Egypt) for overhauls and external jobs, Machines and parts. Plus technical and financial negotiation with the supplier. 6. Installation of new machines projects (technical & utilities), Modification and upgrade of existing lines projects. 7. Maintenance department planning supervision (PM schedule, Breakdown analysis, monthly result reporting of MTTR-MTBF), Ensure daily maintenance logs completion and GSM control. 8. Responsible for Workshop repair orders and maintenance crew. 9. Act as “Pocket” lines Manager for 6 month (Production & Maintenance). 10. Factory machines improvement cost saving projects. 11. ERP-Oracle system implementation and organization (after sessions with the consultant) for the maintenance module.
