Pros
One of the best pay for agency staff. You often even get more money than the permanent so can work well if you find somewhere that keeps giving you shifts to keep taking them through NursePlus. As care agencies go they are okay. Easy to get hired. I've recommended this to a friend due to the pay and ease.
Cons
Barely any training, little support, management often make mistakes sending you to shifts that have been cancelled for example - but they will reinburse you if you travel to a shift and get there and it's been cancelled but not the full amount just a few hours. Lack of shifts sometimes and no communciation about there not being any shifts.
