Pros

Pros??? You will learn patience

Cons

I can write pages about the cons of this company, still wouldn't be a complete list. They never ever take care of their employees. NEVER You tell them you are dying and you need money (Which is by the way your deserved salary not even salary advance) they don't even reply to your mail or messages. You will never get your salary on time. Forget about the onsite allowance which is there just for name sake. You need to literally beg for getting your hard earned salary EVERY MONTH!!! If you have financial burdens or loans to repay this is not the company for you. Also to freshers, Please don't join this company as there is a bond for 2 years within which if you would like to resign they'll not give you experience letter . Also there's a bond of Rs. 200,000 . Once you leave the organization you need to forget the amount pending with them. They'll not even respond to your queries. They consider leaving organization as a crime and you are a criminal who don't deserve any payment. (But they take no due form signed anyway).

Pros

nothing i can think of

Cons

One of the worst organizations to work with is Nurture Software Solutions Pvt Ltd!!! If you are the only breadwinner in your family then please think before joining as the salary is not credited on time. In my three years of tenure, I have hardly received the salary on time. There are more than couple of scenario where the salary has been credited 30 days later the salary credit day . So if you have commitments then Nurture is not the organization that you should be associated with. I could have been more than happy to write any of the pros that the company has but there are none. The list of the cons are mentioned below and please note theses experiences are in my flash memory. • Your appointment letter will have a clause on parental insurance but when you are in need nobody will come for help. No guidance is given by the HR team. Change in the policies are communicated in the gatherings where employees from onsite are absent. I followed up for good 6 months, sent mail after mail but no response. I am yet to receive my reimbursement. • I had the same experience when my mom fell ill. • They send you onsite within India "for two weeks”. Only difference is, the two weeks can turn into 6 months or two years or never ending. So please plan your expenses like house agreement, rent accordingly. I had to pay rent in Bangalore as well as onsite. • Once you go onsite you are forgotten. You will not receive response to any of your mail from HR team no matter how bad the situation is. • Please note if you think that follow up on what’s app, email and even phone calls would work then you are mistaken. None of the follow-ups are taken seriously and no one in the HR team will attend you. • The travel policy is unclear. They will ask you to book your own tickets and the reimbursement happens only when you are lucky enough. It may even take a years’ time. • As mentioned above, if you are the only breadwinner then Nurture is not the organization for you. Many a time’s salary is credited after two months and you will have no clue on how to manage your expenses. • There is bond to serve 2 years else we have to pay Rs. 2,00,000 • Once you resign there will be no response from the manager and even HR accepting the resignation mail. Till your last day of working you need to follow up. • No salary will be paid during notice period. Here I am not talking about the last month’s salary but entire 90 days salary. Biggest irony is that salary slips will be sent without crediting the salary. • For no reason there will be deduction in your salary and when asked for clarification no clarification is given. • There is so called Perdiem Policy. If you go onsite per month you will get some amount on 24rth of each month. You have to forget this amount . you are lucky if you get this amount on time even after begging for it. • The only point that I want mention is people who are there as a support team are successful in fooling you. Zero Employee Satisfaction • I am yet to receive my final settlement , it is been more than 45 days already . • Main importantly the policies are followed only when it is beneficial to the organisation . when it comes to employee needs and rights no policies are followed . • We have to pay for our travel expenditures and once you are resigned your travel bus will be a low class seater.
