Pros

Flexible hours, very structured company, free soda and coffee, nice location (Atlantic Station), nice office space, small agency feel, very collaborative, free breakfast on Thursdays, diverse, international company, allow dogs, casual dress.

Cons

Little to no training or orientation, no company culture whatsoever, everyone is a workaholic, "ok"clients, no creativity, not a "fun" agency, work hard/work harder culture, people are snotty, there's been 4-5 people who have quit in the last 3 months to new jobs. Just got acquired by Publicis so it'll be interesting to see how that merger works out.

Pros

Work life balance can be achieved here, if it's important to you. Nurun SF is full of talented, unique and inspiring individuals who work hard and play hard. The pay and benefits are comparable to other boutique agencies in SF.

Cons

A growing team from a small core group has certainly caused a few pains as senior employees get used to a larger group of coworkers and stricter standards that come with being acquired by a multi-national company. Little to no training, they throw you right in the ring. It's pretty sink or swim.
