- request LOP (laptop ownership program) is easy - teammates are collaborative and supportive
Cons
- technical leads (individual contributor, principle/staff engineer on the other company) dont have capability with their work - subjective appraisal (several people are friends / family of technical leads and put on the same team) - career path unclear - private insurance only provide for several people, but they ask loyalty to work til the night
