- Compensation and benefit packages are so-so, but improvements are being made constantly and it is a goal of upper management to build upon in order to grow as a company of choice in the field. - The company is growing and with that comes constant change. You must be able to pivot tasks and roll with new updates and updates to processes. - The HQ is located in Commerce, MI which is very convenient for some people and not so much for others.
