The interview process was very transparent - I knew next steps, time frames, etc. After accepting an offer, things moved quickly and efficiently. After starting, I’ve enjoyed being a part of a kind, helpful team that is consistently striving to grow and improve. Also: Easy to earn extra PTO hours. Nice holiday gift for employees. Casual dress.
Cons
It’s a very fast paced environment, and teams are small - so expect to do more than what you typically might with a given job title. This can be exciting, as it means you have a chance to grow your skill set. But be prepared to be very busy. No 401k match, which is disappointing.
