      Pros

      - Friendly people who are great to work with - Can be a good place to get your foot in the door, just don't expect to stay long

      Cons

      - Compensation is low - Benefits are bad and in my opinion border on deceptive - Extremely opaque to employees - Expect to be overworked - No opportunity for advancement. If you do get "promoted" expect more work and responsibilities without a raise and a change only to your "external title" while your "internal title" remains the same
