Pros
Nuspire is a great company that are filled with great people. I really enjoy the culture and how appreciative they make everyone feel. This is a great place to kick off your career in Networking and develop your skillset. The team is very supportive of whatever you current and future goals are. They offer incentives for advancing in your career on your own time. You are definitely going to work a lot but you're going to learn a lot as well. Management is very open minded for changes to better the team. Every day is a new day to enhance your skills and learn something new. I'm truly excited to wake up and come into work.
Cons
There aren't many cons when it comes to this company. I would like them to have better retirement (401k) benefits and a better training platform; which they are currently working on.
