Pros
- Leadership goes through the motions of making people feel heard - The benefits aren't that bad (decent insurance, free product, and unlimited PTO if you can actually us it) - There are people here that are pleasant to work with and truely work hard to make a difference.
Cons
- Leadership will ask you to leave a positive glassdoor review and dismiss any criticism - Favorites are played heavily. Look at social media postings or follow which teams are growing and which figures in leadership are being promoted, you'll notice its the same five people over and over again. Either learn to play in the boy's club by being one of the boys or being a cute, younger woman that makes for a good photo op. The venn diagram of problematic or ineffective leaders and those being favored is a circle.
