- Great product - Great pay - Sales management leaves you alone for the most part if you're doing well
Cons
- Company is much more focused on the consumer channel than the professional side as that's where they make 90% of their money - No growth at this time unless they grow larger and need regional managers - Company has internal sales conflict within (teams) - Can't pivot easily
