This business is not set up to support growth. There are too many complexities, no processes or standard operating procedures, and no internal alignment or strategy. I could see this company start to fail in the next few months/year.
The workplace is incredibly toxic and poorly managed. Senior leaders are not leaders, just decision makers who were in the right place at the right time. The CEO is not a real CEO, just a figurehead that cannot properly speak to the business.
There is constant gossip and cattiness between divisions, especially senior leaders. My senior leader was unprofessional and would talk poorly about their own counterparts, executives, past employees, their own direct reports, and specifically named employees who were let go. I witnessed many times where leadership would use fear and intimidation towards their employees.
This is the typical churn and burn company, they do not care about your workload or long hours. There was little to no onboarding, no company culture, no structure, and no work-life balance.
