Pros
Quality of work-life balance, company culture, and overall employee satisfaction is dependent on the department. There are plenty of friendly coworkers that make going into the office worthwhile. Mentorship program is a big pro.
Cons
Nutrasource is fine to work for for a couple years, but once you see the toxicity of management, HR, and corporate policitics, it goes down hill quickly. Getting hired with the promise of a 15% bonus is an out right lie. Don't know anyone that got anywhere close to 15% in multiple years of working there. Micromanaging is abundant throughout every level. Negotiating compensation is non-existent, until an employee quits. Management cares more about paying the bare minimum than retaining employees.
