Pros
Well-organized, had projects to do at all times. Everyone was very nice and helpful in answering questions. Work I did had some impact in projects and around plant.
Cons
My project manager, or mentor, was not on site and worked at another location, which meant that sometimes results or questions I sent to them were not answered immediately, so I was often left with time not really doing anything. Could however use this time for other things, like wondering around the plant familiarizing yourself with the process, or working with another intern on their projects.
