      Pros

      Good benefits, good work life balance, great views from the office building,

      Cons

      Publicly traded company comes with stress, toxic environment and people, and all white climbing the corporate ladder. If you like large company environments where you are just a number, then it's ok to work for. Also, you get stuck doing one section over and over.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
