Pros

Nutrium is a great company that sets a high standard in many ways. The team is vibrant, young, and there truly is a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Senior Management team is competent, direct and approachable. The work environment feels secure and inclusive, and the company’s mission is both inspiring and meaningful. The perks are great also: a decent health insurance, the flexibility of remote work, unlimited access to psychological and nutritional support, and plenty of engaging activities to participate in. In terms of compensation, Nutrium offers highly competitive packages, particularly by Portuguese standards. Overall, a fantastic company to grow with and make an impact!

Cons

Nutrium is a young and dynamic startup, characterized by a predominantly junior team. This creates a fast-paced work environment where self-teaching and self-discovery are often part of the job. While this setup can be highly engaging and rewarding for those who thrive on learning and adaptability, it may also lead to feelings of stress and anxiety for others who prefer more structured guidance and support. Ultimately, this environment can be a great fit for certain profiles but might not suit everyone. Also, although Nutrium is probably one of the most promising companies in Portugal it is still very small, so there is not a lot of space for career growth right now. That should radically change in 2025/2026 though.

Pros

Nutrium is the ideal place for those who want to grow, make a real impact, and value a culture of strong transparency. I have worked across different departments, which is a clear sign that here there is space to be heard. In time, opportunities arise. In addition, there is a team that is highly motivated to make an impact, united around a mission they truly believe in.

Cons

Being a startup, things change quickly. Therefore, Nutrium may not be the best place for those who find change intimidating.
