Pros

I really enjoyed my time working at Nuttersons through uni and learned loads but after I graduated I wanted to work in a bigger company that could offer more advanced training and bigger projects. Everyone in the team was really friendly and the managers were very flexible and allowed me to work part time around my uni commitments. I was paid to attend conferences which I thought was a really nice gesture seeing as I only worked part time.

Cons

Limited training opportunities and small projects which were sometimes not all that engaging.

Pros

The office was decorated nicely to lure unsuspecting young employees to their educational and spiritual deaths. Kevin appears to take a lot of care in replying to all the negative feedback he and Ste have both received.

Cons

Where do I start? This company is run off the backs of tens of "apprentices" being paid minuscule salaries who are learning absolutely nothing in the process other than how to cope with unprofessional bosses and office bullying. I witnessed Kev belittle, humiliate and patronise numerous colleagues in my time there. Ste is a far more passive manager who spends his quiet time formulating ways to pressure his staff into working overtime on a voluntary basis. The only reason they are getting away with this behaviour is because they insist on hiring school and college leavers (and often current school students) who do not know what sort of standards to expect from an employer. Nuttersons often attends recruitment fairs to keep a steady stream of eager, impressionable young people coming in to 'office open days' to top their very high turnover of staff and whilst at said recruitment fairs I was lucky enough to meet some excellent creative agencies in Manchester who informed me that Nuttersons was the resident laughing stock. They have absolutely no standing in Manchester as a reputable digital agency. Very unimpressive portfolio of work: their clients consist of Physio companies and the odd wedding invitation for mates. If you like making blog entries, making tea and listening to the babbling, incoherent ramblings of a ego-maniac who thinks he knows everything there is to know about marketing despite zero to show for it, then Kev and Ste are the ideal bosses for you!

Pros

Only positive side of working here would be my fellow staff members. Met some lovely people who really work hard.

Cons

Where to start? I learnt nothing at this company! They where awful! The boss is cruel and does not care one bit. He does nothing and makes everybody run around like monkeys for him, making him brews constantly and fetching his lunch. There are about 20 apprentices and interns to 1 or 2 people working there full time so you really do learn nothing! He constantly makes people cry and if you do then it's a ' loss of control' and you'll get fired. He piled constant work on my desk and expected it done as soon as, which was impossible so then he would tell you off like a child and swear at you and say you're ' not passionate'. You work long long hours and then he expects you stay overtime for free! Oh and don't be fooled by their 'success' they have 1 or two clients and that's it. You can do so much better somewhere else! And when I quit he sent round a horrible email about me to the whole office just to embarrass me. DO NOT WORK THERE!
