      Pros

      Close to my house..... that is really the only positive I can find... which is sad.

      Cons

      No direction and no vision. They don't even have a company roadmap in place. Management doesn't listen. I was hired for a specific position and when trying to advise them, they don't take your advice, even though they hired you for that specific knowledge. It's completely demoralizing!

      As an startup, it has opportunities to move beyond the assignments and learn if one has time and skills.

      Again, as an startup, it misses typical benefits until its eventual break-even

      Pros

      Just opened another Cloud Innovation Lab office in Chambly (South Shore of Montreal) to improve the quality of life of their employees and save them commute time. Great management with lots of seniority, great focus and proven track record.

      Cons

      My team would like to scale faster considering all the success we have with AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, recruiting great talent take time.
