Company's work is good, very ethical, on time salaries

BUT!!!! Lets address the elephant in the room! This is my experience in 2 years * You dont get the salary break up/ CTC on mail before you join. * HR promises a lot of things like performance bonus (2-3 times) of your salary. But the main thing they dont highlight is that when you will get the bonus. If you join in 2023 you will get that after 2 years!!!! Being such a huge company you should send a list of policy's where the employee can understand how is his/her Diwali bonus is calculated how are incentives calculated and which year you shall get yours, etc etc! * Its an organization where there is patriarchy (only the role of male and female are switched) let me explain. There's a set dress code for men! But for women- you can come in any sort you want too. No objections ever! Being an engineering company (primarily) no engineering day is celebrated but only women's day is celebrated (no offense to the ladies) . For example : ladies are taken to the movies and dinner on ladies day! ( surprisingly all male HR becomes ladies too). But theres no celebration on mens day not even a curtosy mail! It makes me wonder does the higher management says all female employees and HR (males as well) are allowed for such privileges?

Pros

The company provides timely salary, regular appraisals, good facilities, and overall organizational stability. Senior management maintains a positive vision and the company has good growth potential.

Cons

Some managers do not value employees’ efforts, which leads to frustration and low motivation. There is noticeable internal politics at certain levels. In several cases, employees’ job roles are suddenly changed without proper discussion or alignment with the agreed work profile.
