Pros

A fantastic product, made by excellent winemakers and being represented by a solid and professional sales and marketing team. Stunning locations both at the estate in Sussex and in the Mayfair offices.

Cons

The owner has no idea about the wine industry, common courtesy, basic manners, etiquette, how to speak to people, or anything else. He creates a noxious and poisonous environment that results in horrendous morale and a very high staff turnover. He also has a habit of insulting people from the industry and then being upset when they refuse to list the brand in their account.

Pros

The wine is nice, nothing more positive to say.

Cons

•It’s a quiet office so you can’t speak to anyone, horrible atmosphere •No training is provided when you join, you just have to work everything out for yourself, the only thing they’re interested in is if you know the brand history! •They don’t care about their staff at all, they couldn’t care less about you, the only thing they’re interested in is you turning up & doing the work, no incentives or positivity •Turnover of staff is so high because it’s such an awful place to work, majority of people have only been there a few months & then leave

Pros

Staff from other departments are great to work with. Very friendly. Very interesting business. Great product!

Cons

Management inside the my department, have very little technical knowledge, I would say the structure is bad but there is no structure. No interest in saving money, tracking spends, or implementing improvements. Everything comes across as made up. Poor organisational skills all the way down to a document control level. Many previous people in this position, all leave for the same reasons. When you voice concerns they will elude to change but never implement it.
